Warranty & Repairs

At Amcor Design, we stand behind our quality, authenticity and craftsmanship. Therefore, all jewelry sold and manufactured by Amcor Design is covered by warranty. Diamond jewelry of at least 0.25 ct. total diamond weight (including engagement and wedding rings) is covered by lifetime warranty, and all other gold or diamond jewelry under 0.24 ct.tw. includes three years unconditional warranty. Amcor guarantees your jewelry to be free from manufacturing defects for at least three calendar years from purchase. Manufacturing defects may include any sort of bending or breakage, missing stones (we cover loss of stones up to 0.20 ct.,) loose diamonds or settings, or other damages depending on the case.

Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning or storage, although we do provide free polishing and maintenance during the period of warranty.

Because we stand behind our jewelers and craftsmanship, having your jewelry altered by third party jewelers will annulate your warranty with us. If you would like to request a repair that, for any reason, is not covered by warranty, we will be happy to do so, yet this may require an additional fee that will depend on the case. If this happens, we will communicate before starting to work on the jewelry piece.

To be eligible for warranty and repairs, please make sure:

  • - The piece has not been exposed to harmful conditions such as incorrect alterations, force or misusage.
  • - The jewel has been handled correctly in regards to cleaning, storage and care.

Please consider the warranty is non-transferable and can only be issued by the original purchaser with an original order/document number.

To make use of your warranty in case of any sort of damage, call us at 1-800-715-6380 or 1-212-354-2275, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST stating your original order number and requesting a repair authorization.

Amcor Design will cover warranty repair shipping to our premises in purchases over $400.00. After we have verified if your case is eligible for warranty repairs, we will create a FedEx shipping label that will be emailed to the address provided. This label should be printed and taken to your local FedEx store, along with the jewelry purchased in its original box or another safe jewelry box.

After the item is delivered to our premises, our team will inspect and verify the condition of the piece. If eligible for warranty repairs, the request will be processed in 5-15 days (depending on the case).

Once our repair is finished, we will contact you via email with a confirmation and tracking number.

Repairs are shipped to the same address provided for the original order. If you need your item to be shipped to an address different from the one provided, please let us know.
