We offer Free Shipping via FedEx on every USA order. To make your Amcor Design purchase as trustworthy as possible, we also offer free back and forth shipping on orders that require repairs, returns or re sizing within 35 days from the initial delivery.

The estimated shipping date for every product is provided on the product page. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in your order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. For more precise information on the status of your order, go to your account page and click order status.

Normally, all made-to-order jewelry ships via complimentary two-business day FedEx ground delivery service, yet we understand sometimes surprise gift ideas may put you in a rush. For special requests, such as particular delivery dates, Express Orders, Saturday Delivery or Holding a Package in a FedEx Location , please call us, we will do everything possible to get your dream jewel on time and be part of that special date. This may require overnight delivery or Saturday delivery; which might carry an additional cost.

All our shipments are properly registered and insured to guarantee the item arrives correctly and in perfect conditions. Since we deliver high- value items, our orders cannot be shipped to a PO box and must always require a signature.

If you would like to change the delivery address after you have placed your order and before the item has shipped, please contact us stating so. Please note that this is only possible before the status of your order shows “shipped”.

We also deliver online bought jewelry to Canada. Call us at 1-212-354-2275 before placing your order to request shipping to Canada. This may require an additional cost.
