At Amcor Design, we stand behind our jewelry 100 percent. Our 35-day return policy is included with all the jewelry pieces in our website. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please return your item for a full refund, replacement, resize, exchange or credit towards another item of your choice. You may return any merchandise purchased from Amcor Design up to 35 days from the day your item is delivered after your initial purchase. Amcor Design will also offer free return shipping by providing a prepaid FedEx shipping label for you to send your Amcor item back to our premises free of cost.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Jewelry that has been misused or altered by third parties is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This being considered, all jewelry purchased from our website and returned within 35 days from delivery is eligible for a full refund, free resizing, exchange or credit towards another item.
Please note that jewelry returns must be accompanied by original certificates that came with your order (appraisals, diamond certificates or others, if included). Without proper documentation, returns will not be issued. We recommend you keep a copy of the original invoice for personal records.
Each customer is permitted one return per item purchased. In case of exchange, the exchange item chosen is considered final sale once the piece is returned to the customer and is eligible for another return only under additional fees depending on the case.
We do provide exchanges, resizing and upgrades after the 35-day period, although past the mentioned time, these require an additional cost or fee depending on the case.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization. You must have a return material authorization number (RMA) in order for us to receive a package for returns.
In order to receive an RMA number, please call us at 1-800-715-6380 or 1-212-354-2275, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or email us to [email protected] stating your order number and requesting a return authorization.
2. Ship the item. Amcor Design will cover shipping back to the customer on returns for purchases over $400.00. Once you receive a return material authorization number (RMA), we will create a FedEx shipping label that will be sent by e-mail to the address provided in your account. This label should be printed and taken to your local FedEx store, along with the jewelry purchased in its original box.
3. Your request will be processed. After the item is delivered to our premises, our team will inspect and verify the condition of the piece. If eligible for returns, the request will be processed. Returns are processed in 5 to 8 days, resizing and repairs in 5 to 15 days (depending on the case) and replacements in 5 to 15 days (depending on the case). Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
Once our resize, refund or exchange is finished, we will contact you via email with a confirmation.
Resizes and exchanges are shipped to the same address provided for the original order. If you need your item to be shipped to an address different from the one provided, please let us know when you request your return.
